We want you to be happy with your purchase, but since our gift cards are digital products, there are a few important things to know:
You can’t return or exchange a gift card once it’s been delivered and accessed. When you buy a digital gift card and choose immediate delivery, you agree to get instant access and, by law, waive your 14-day cancellation right.
However! If something’s wrong — for example, the card doesn’t work, isn’t as described, or there’s a technical issue — we’ve got your back. We’ll fix the problem or offer a refund if the gift card is faulty.
And of course, if anything ever causes damage (super rare, but still), we’ll take care of that too.
