Right now, we send all gift cards to your email address. After that, you’re free to forward it to your recipient whenever you want. This way, you’re in control of the perfect timing for your surprise!
Nope, our gift cards don’t expire. But! Each card is meant for one-time use only. That means you’ll need to use the full balance in a single purchase. Any leftover amount won’t be carried over, so go ahead and treat yourself to something awesome all at once 😉
Our gift cards are single-use only, which means the full balance is used in one go. You can see the card’s value in your account when you receive it. If you don’t spend the full amount at once, any remaining balance won’t be refunded — so make sure to pick something you love that uses the entire value!

Once you receive your gift card, it’s your responsibility to keep it safe. If you can’t find it, first check your Spam or Promotions folder — it might’ve ended up there. Still no luck? Drop us a message at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help you out!
Most of the time, you’ll get your digital gift card within a few minutes after payment. Sometimes it can take up to a few hours, especially during busy times. If you don’t see it in your inbox, don’t forget to check your Spam or Promotions folder just in case!

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but since our gift cards are digital products, there are a few important things to know: You can’t return or exchange a gift card once it’s been delivered and accessed. When you buy a digital gift card and choose immediate delivery, you agree to get instant access and, by law, waive your 14-day cancellation right. However! If something’s wrong — for example, the card doesn’t work, isn’t as described, or there’s a technical issue — we’ve got your back. We’ll fix the problem or offer a refund if the gift card is faulty.
