4. Purchasing Digital Gift Cards

All our gift cards are digital products delivered by email to the address registered in your account.

• Delivery usually happens within minutes but may take up to several hours during peak times.
• Once you receive the gift card, you can forward it to the recipient whenever you like.

Payment

5. Using Digital Gift Cards

• Each gift card is for one-time use only.
• If the full balance is not used in a single purchase, any remaining amount cannot be refunded or transferred.

• After delivery, you are responsible for keeping your gift card safe. We are not liable for lost or stolen cards after they’ve been delivered.

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Content and Your Rights :

• You have a 14-day cancellation period for digital purchases, but only if you haven’t accessed or downloaded the gift card.
• If you request immediate delivery and confirm that you understand this waives your right to cancel, no refund is available once the gift card is delivered.

When Refunds Are Available

We offer refunds or replacements if:

• The gift card is faulty or not as described.
• The gift card doesn’t provide the functionality a reasonable person would expect.
• The gift card causes damage to your device or other digital content, and we are responsible for that damage.
